Registration starts at 10am. The day lasts until 3.15pm.

Tickets are available from any Bury Library. Alternatively, you can purchase a ticket online at our Eventbrite store.
Is there parking?
Yes. There's a large free car park directly behind the library.
Can I get there by public transport?
Yes. Prestwich metro (tram) station is just behind the library. Main bus routes stop on Bury New Road outside the Longfield Centre.
- Writers reading from their work: including Bury's hottest writing talent Emma Jane Unsworth talking about her new novel, ANIMALS - which has been described as "Withnail for girls" - and Prestwich's successful historical fiction novelist EM Powell.
- Creative writing workshops: Writers Sherry Ashworth and Ebba Brooks will be leading creative writing workshops for writers at all levels, and advice for aspiring and practising writers
- Book Spa: Bury's knowledgeable librarians and other book professionals will be giving you personal reading recommendations - you tell us what you like reading and we'll tell you something else you'd enjoy
Tickets are £10, and include a filled bagel and refreshments throughout the day. Available in person from Bury Libraries or online from our ticket shop here.
